Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Al Meezan Investment Management Limited and contribute to our Fund Accounting department’s day-to-day activities. As a Senior Officer or Assistant Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist in calculating the Net Asset Value (NAV) for multiple funds while enhancing team efficiency and productivity.
Qualification & Experience:
Candidates with a finance background, specifically B.COM, BBA/MBA (Finance), or those qualified or part-qualified in ACCA/ICMA, are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Required Skills:
As a member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be responsible for various activities, including:
- Preparing daily bank/fund position reports
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Liaising with trustees, auditors (external and internal), and other relevant departments
- Updating data for monthly reporting and preparing quarterly, half-year, and annual accounts
- Inputting payment entries into the Fund Management System (FMS) for stakeholder payments
- Preparing various monthly reports
