Position Purpose
This position will be responsible for managing monthly accounts, financial reporting, invoice management and ad-hoc project work.
Job Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts for the Group Companies.
- Update weekly cash balances for CEO/CFO review.
- Perform weekly valuation of subsidiaries using financial websites.
- Manage accruals and execute all necessary journal entries.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations across all accounts.
- Track intercompany receivables and payables to ensure accuracy and resolution.
- Support the annual consolidation process.
- Assist with Quarterly Group Summaries and participate in Group Finance Meetings.
- Code and process invoices across Group entities.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable teams for seamless processing.
- Provide Value Added Tax (VAT) information for bi-monthly VAT filing.
Experience and Qualification
- CIMA / ACCA / CA (Part Qualified)
- 02 to 03 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial reporting tools and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in working independently and to tight deadlines.
- Comfortable to work from 12:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m.
