WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Lead a team of IT business partners interfacing with different functions within Unilever
- Be the lead in driving process automations across the organization
- Drive digital transformation for core business (Customer Development/Supply Chain) by enabling and uplifting IT personnel/processes/tools
- Closely partner business stakeholders, global IT teams & ensure complete execution & delivery
- Be the go-to technical person for business teams and internal IT teams
- Key focus on the architecture of IT applications; motivated to learn new tools/technologies
- Support business growth strategy, define IT roadmap & ensure immaculate delivery as per the roadmap
- Have an eye for innovation and optimization for already existing projects/processes/applications
- Successfully deliver solutions through in-house/outsourced development with focus on customer/market
- Establish metrics, develop operational KPIs, and focus on continuous optimization
- Introduce new and improved focus areas/ways of work for team engagement/upskilling
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering is required within the discipline of software and computer engineering.
- 10-12 years of overall professional experience in relevant domains of IT including software engineering and digital transformation. 5+ years of relevant experience working in a fully agile delivery model is required
- Certifications in agile practitioner, A-CSM/CSM, lean six sigma/PMP
Skills
- Software development
- Thorough understanding of software architecture, best coding practices, and complete product lifecycle
- Working knowledge of open-source tools, technologies, and Agile tools
- Proficient in Agile methodology with strong knowledge on Scrum/Kanban/Lean frameworks
- Experience of working on cloud platforms
- Thorough understanding and experience of databases (SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL)
- Knowledge of process automations and various tools
- Strong communication skills
- Strong people and stakeholder management skills
- Data Analytics and DDDM
